FAQ’s for shipping

Fulfillment

All of the orders are subject to fulfillment time estimates. Orders go through our 3-step quality check before we ship them out:

- Our automated software checks graphics for quality before printing; additional check from our graphics specialists

- Fulfillment specialists check quality while orders print. If it does not pass the QA stage, we would reprint the product.

- Final quality check after printing and curing. Then orders proceed into packaging stage, and then shipped.

 

Orders will have automatic priority status when using the "Overnight" shipping option for USA destinations and when using the "Express" shipping option for international shipping destinations. This would make sure orders get fulfilled faster but we wouldn't be able to guarantee it always because there can be reprints if the product doesn't pass our quality control or we need to wait for the stock.
